Besides keeping the office in order, Tania cares for Addem Capital’s team. She worked as an English teacher for 12 years and directed her own dance academy for another 15. Although her path seems scarcely related to her current position, her experience has made her an expert in hearing and understanding the needs of others. She knows how to appease each person’s interests with the team’s. She is also in charge of management issues, organizing trips and events, creating shared spaces, and acting as a personal assistant for partners. Tania takes care of the team so the team can take care of its clients.
